24On August 30, 2024, the evaluation meeting for the scientific and technological achievements of "Key Technology Research and Application of High Purity Low Chlorine Epoxy Resin" completed by Zhilun New Materials Technology (Xi'an) Co., Ltd. was successfully held at the National Industrial Information Security Development Research Center. This conference was organized by the National Industrial Information Security Development Research Center and invited several well-known domestic experts to evaluate the results.

At the review meeting, experts listened to our detailed introduction on the "Key Technology Research and Application of High Purity Low Chlorine Epoxy Resin" project, and asked questions and had in-depth exchanges on the technical details of the project. The expert group reviewed relevant technical materials such as technical evaluation reports, testing reports, and safety assessment materials.

The epoxy resin dechlorination and purification technology independently developed by Zhilun New Materials has successfully achieved large-scale production of four major categories of products: bisphenol A, bisphenol F, tetramethylbiphenyl, and naphthalene based epoxy resins. The product has significant advantages in three core indicators, including total chlorine content, epoxy equivalent, and viscosity, and is at the international advanced level.

The key technology of "high-purity low chlorine epoxy resin" is centered on the semiconductor market, focusing on high-end composite materials and radiating to multiple key fields such as new energy, high-end electronic devices, and ultra-high voltage power grids. At present, the products have basically covered epoxy plastic sealing materials, electronic adhesives FCCL/CCL、 Semiconductor sub industries such as electronic ink, photoresist, and epoxy film can also meet the diverse needs of high-end composite materials in aerospace and ultra-high voltage power grid industries.
